PDF Bid Set!

This package is a set of plans stamped "NOT FOR CONSTRUCTION" that allows review of the design before proceeding with the full package purchase. A minimum 5 set pack must be purchased within 90 days for a license to build. You will be credited this amount toward your plan upgrade

PDF File Package

"Your Best Value" PDF files provide you printable electronic version of our construction documents. They work just like reproducibles except they are more convienent and you don't have shipping cost to worry about. We email the files to you. You can print the size prints you need when you need them. The files come with a "Limited Use License" for a single build just like reproducibles. Multi-Build licenses are available for additional fee's.

FIVE SETS OF BONDPRINTS

Minimal construction package. If you need to make modifications or additional prints it is strongly suggested that you purchase reproducibles. All Bondprints are stamped with red Copyright notices. A 5 set purchase allows the buyer to build this home one (1) time only provided the buyer has purchased a sufficient quantity of prints to complete the project. Please note that some States (like Florida) and code enforcement jurisdictions my require the plans to be signed and sealed by a local engineer or design professional. It is strongly suggested that reproducibles or cad files be purchased for this purpose.

All Bondprints are stamped with red Copyright notices and reflect the original plan purchased without any changed or modifications. Bondprints may not be copied, but additional sets may be made from the PDF. The PDF files and the 5 sets come with one "Limited Use License" for a single build just like reproducibles. Multi-Build licenses are available for additional fees.

CAD FILES

Cad files are not available for all plans. Please contact customer service to ensure availablility. Cad files are the easiest file form to allow modifications fo plans or for your Architect or Engineer to adjust the plans to your specific location and code requirements. You could recognize significant savings in using cad drafting verses the old hand drafting on reproducibles. If the files are available a contract will have to be initiated prior to release of cad files. All sales are for a one time build, additional builds can be purchased by contacting customer service.
